These Woha Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitute a legal contract between Woha and the User regarding the User's use of the Platform and related services. By downloading, using the Platform, or accepting the related services, the User declares that they have fully read, thoroughly understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree to any term of this Agreement, they shall immediately cease using or accessing the Platform and related services.
When using the Services, the User shall also comply with additional announcements, guidelines, or rules (hereinafter referred to as "Guidelines") issued by Woha from time to time through the Platform for specific services and functions. Certain paid services provided by Woha shall be governed by Woha's "Sales Terms" and other additional terms, which will be disclosed to the User in the course of using such paid services. All the aforementioned Guidelines, Sales Terms, and additional terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
If the information provided by the User is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely, the User shall bear all losses arising therefrom.
The User shall not transfer or lend their user account (including account password) to any third party. If the User discovers that their account is being used illegally by others, they shall immediately notify Woha. If the User's account is illegally used due to hacking, the User's negligence, or other reasons, the User shall still be liable for paying all subscription fees incurred under the account, which the User acknowledges and agrees to.
Any person who obtains access to the User's device may also access the User's Woha account.
If the User discloses their account information or any materials related to the account to any third party (whether in violation of this Agreement or not), such disclosure may result in the third party accessing the account illegally, and the User shall bear all risks and losses arising therefrom.
By broadcasting, publishing, displaying, submitting, and/or uploading any User-Generated Content (hereinafter referred to as "UGC") through the Platform, the User hereby grants Woha and its sublicensees an irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully sublicensable, perpetual, and royalty-free right. Without any geographical or time restrictions, Woha and its sublicensees may, without the User's further approval or payment of any remuneration, use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, edit, dispose of, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and publicly display such UGC (in whole or in part), and/or incorporate such UGC into existing or future works, media, or technologies in any form.
The User agrees that Woha does not guarantee the confidentiality of any UGC, whether or not such UGC has been broadcasted, published, displayed, or submitted through the Platform.
When using the Services, the User agrees to comply with the following provisions (including but not limited to):
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where the User resides, as well as all rules, guidelines, and policies issued by Woha;
Not use the Services for any purpose that violates applicable laws, public order and good customs, or public policies, nor encourage or advocate any such illegal acts;
Not engage in any act that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet or cellular networks;
Not broadcast, publish, display, submit, and/or upload any false, defamatory, harassing, harmful, violent, pornographic, abusive, threatening, vulgar, or obscene UGC through the Services;
Not engage in acts of infringing upon others' personal information, such as sending "spam" or conducting "phishing" activities, through the Services;
Not publish any fundraising information for funds, goods, or services through the Services;
Not broadcast, publish, display, submit, and/or upload any malware or other interfering or destructive files through the Services;
Not collect, store, or publish others' personal information.
The User shall act in good faith when using Woha's Services and bear full responsibility for their actions. To help the User avoid risks, the following acts are prohibited on the Platform; such acts will be reported and removed once discovered (including but not limited to):
Publishing pornographic or sexually explicit content on the Platform is prohibited;
Publishing content involving violence, bloody acts, or content that may cause shock, sensationalism, or disrespect to others is prohibited; if relevant image content needs to be published, sufficient information shall be provided to explain the background of the incident; publishing content that encourages others to commit specific violent acts is strictly prohibited;
While the Platform generally respects freedom of speech, content that encourages or condones violence against individuals or groups based on core characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, veteran status, or sexual orientation/gender identity, or content whose primary purpose is to incite hatred based on such core characteristics, is prohibited;
Publishing content that encourages others (especially minors) to participate in activities that may endanger their safety or health is prohibited; such harmful or dangerous content will be removed based on its severity. The User who engages in such acts shall bear full legal responsibility and compensate the injured party;
Woha is committed to protecting the security of User information and will investigate any suspected security breaches. Any act of attempting to endanger the security of personal data (including fraudulent acts) may be referred to law enforcement authorities. Obtaining virtual goods through misleading or inaccurate information is prohibited. Contacting Users for commercial purposes without their consent is not permitted;
Woha reserves the right to review and monitor the User's use of the Services (including but not limited to reviewing all UGC). If Woha, in its sole discretion, determines that the User has violated any of the above terms of use when using the Services, Woha or its authorized agents may take one or more of the following measures without prior notice to the User or obtaining the User's further consent:
If the User discovers any violations, they are advised to report them to Woha promptly. Woha will verify the issues reported by the User to ensure the security of the Platform environment.
All text, data, images, graphics, audio, video information, and other materials provided by Woha within the Services (including the Platform) are the property of Woha and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and/or other forms of intellectual property rights or related rights under applicable laws. Without Woha's prior written consent, the User shall not: copy, display, download, modify, reproduce, adapt, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble such materials, attempt to derive source code from any Woha materials, create any derivative works, or directly or indirectly publish, perform, rewrite, or republish any Woha materials.
The intellectual property rights of any software used by Woha in providing the Services (including but not limited to any images, photos, animations, video recordings, audio recordings, music, text, add-on programs, and supplementary materials) belong to Woha or the relevant third-party copyright holders. Without the prior consent of the copyright holder, the User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such software.
By uploading UGC, the User agrees to grant Woha (including all other Service users) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the UGC or other content, as well as their selection and arrangement, for purposes including publication, display, modification, and creation of derivative works.
The Services may allow the User to use legal tender to purchase Virtual Goods that can only be used within the Services, including (1) virtual currency; (2) virtual gifts (collectively referred to as "Virtual Goods"). The User may be allowed to gift such Virtual Goods to other Users of the Services. The use of such Virtual Goods shall comply with the relevant rules published by Woha on the Platform.
The User acknowledges and agrees that they do not have any real-world ownership or actual control over the Virtual Goods, and the "in-app value" of any Virtual Goods shall not be construed as any credit balance in legal tender (or equivalent currency). Virtual Goods have no real-world value outside the Services. The User's right to use Virtual Goods within the Service functions is based on a license granted by Woha, provided that the User complies with this Agreement.
Any virtual currency balance displayed in the User's account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any monetary value, but rather measures the scope of the User's license to use Virtual Goods within the Services. The User shall not sell, exchange, or otherwise convert Virtual Gifts or Virtual Currency into legal tender or other virtual currency for return to their own account, nor shall the User be entitled to a refund of legal tender funds used for Virtual Goods (including in the event that the Services are modified, suspended, or terminated in accordance with this Agreement).
The User agrees that if they delete their own user account, all Virtual Goods purchased through that user account shall not be recoverable or refundable to the User, and shall not be transferable to any other Woha account subsequently registered by the User.
If Woha, in its sole discretion, determines that any Virtual Goods have been obtained illegally or improperly, or are in an abnormal state, Woha reserves the right to suspend the User's right to use the Services to investigate such Virtual Goods. Without limiting the generality of this clause, Woha may exercise such right if the User has engaged in or participated in any fraudulent activities related to the User's account, or if Woha discovers that the User has obtained Virtual Goods through any abnormal recharge, or if the User's account is generally deemed to have irregularities in terms of recharges.
The subscription service provided by Woha within the Application is referred to as "VIP Services". VIP Services are a combination of online products and Virtual Goods, adopting a "pay-first, use-later" model. The VIP fee is the price of the online products corresponding to the VIP Services purchased by the User. VIP Services are only applicable to the account that applied for the subscription and are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated; please ensure that you are a real and legitimate registered User of Woha. After subscribing, please log in to your account successfully to activate the "VIP Services". Upon successful subscription, the "VIP privileges" will be bound to the currently logged-in Woha account and can only be enjoyed by this account. Any illegal activation method will not result in a refund of the subscription fee you have paid. If you have other questions, please contact the official customer service for timely feedback.
The User explicitly agrees that they shall bear full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the Services. The User shall also bear all risks arising from the use of the Services, and Woha shall not be liable to the User for any losses.
Under no circumstances shall Woha guarantee that the Services meet the User's specific needs, or that the Services are uninterrupted, timely, secure, or accurate. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and Woha makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the Services (including any part thereof), including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Woha makes no representations or warranties that:
The Services will operate as intended, remain available or uninterrupted, and be secure, free of omissions, or error-free;
Defects, omissions, or errors in the Services will be corrected;
The Services are free of malware or other harmful components;
Regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, and validity of any information obtained by the User in connection with the Services;
Transmissions through the Services are secure;
The User's use of the Services will meet their needs;
Data collected, stored, or processed through the Services will be available, secure, free of omissions, or error-free.
Woha makes no warranties regarding the content of any external links set up in the Services for the convenience of the User, nor shall Woha be liable for the content of such linked websites and their embedded links. Woha shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by the User as a result of using the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that they shall bear full responsibility and risk for their use of the Services and the results and performance thereof.
Notwithstanding any contrary provisions in this Agreement, Woha's total cumulative liability to the User, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by the User for the Services (if any). If no fees have been paid, the User shall not be entitled to any monetary or equivalent compensation.
The User hereby confirms that they are 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise stated in this Agreement), or an emancipated minor (if applicable under the laws of the User's country or region), or have obtained the consent of their legal parent or guardian, and have full capacity and competence to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to comply with and abide by this Agreement.
If the User is under 18 years of age (or below the age requirement specified in this Agreement), they shall not use the Services without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. In any event, if the User is under 18 years of age (or below the age requirement specified in this Agreement) and accesses or uses the Services in any manner, it shall be deemed that the User has obtained the formal consent of their parent or legal guardian to accept the terms of this Agreement.
Woha is committed to protecting the safety of children and preventing all forms of sexual abuse, exploitation, and related harmful behaviors. Our Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the "Child Safety Standards" policy, and always prioritizes the safety and rights of children.
This standard applies to all Users and related content on the Platform, including but not limited to User-Generated Content, user interaction behaviors, reporting mechanisms, and content moderation. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive social environment and provide additional protection for minor Users.
We require Users to confirm their age truthfully during registration and take additional protective measures for minors, including restricting access to certain functions.
All User-Generated Content (UGC) is subject to dual review by humans and algorithms to prevent any content involving sexual abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate behaviors from appearing on the Platform.
Engaging in any sexual behaviors, vulgar language, or other inappropriate behaviors targeting children on the Platform is prohibited. Once discovered, immediate action will be taken and relevant authorities will be notified.
Provide user-friendly reporting tools to enable any User to quickly report suspicious content or behaviors. Our dedicated team will handle relevant issues within 24 hours of receiving the report.
We cooperate with child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to ensure the timely investigation and reporting of all suspected cases of child sexual abuse and exploitation.
We regularly update and disclose policies and measures related to child protection, and publish our implementation status and improvement plans to Users through annual transparency reports.

Woha reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion. Once the content of this Agreement is modified, Woha will publish the modified Agreement directly on the Platform. Such publication shall be deemed confirmation that Woha has notified the User of the modification. Woha may also notify the User of the details of the modification through other relevant channels at its discretion. It is recommended that the User review this Agreement from time to time.
The User has the right to stop using the Services if they do not agree to the modifications made by Woha to this Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User's continued use of the Services after any modification to this Agreement shall constitute the User's acceptance of the modified Agreement.
