Certain information will be publicly displayed on your profile page, such as your username, age, and contact information you choose to make public.
We will use your date of birth to determine whether you have reached the legal age to use our services; use your contact information (such as phone number) for account verification to ensure the security of your account and our services; and use your geographical information (such as place of origin) to recommend content that you may be interested in and enhance your user experience.
If you provide your phone number, you agree that we may send text messages to that number (we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations in doing so). If you stop using our services, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
When you access our services, we will automatically record and store certain information related to your device system through Cookies and other technical means. The information we automatically collect includes:
We may collect, use, and share your data to generate and share aggregated insights that do not identify you. These Terms of Service (including applicable supplementary terms, hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") govern your use of the Application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application").
If you do not agree to any term of these Terms, do not install or use the Application. We may adjust the terms of these Terms from time to time. If such adjustments include material changes affecting your rights or obligations, we will notify you in a reasonable manner (you acknowledge that in-app message notifications received when you open the Application constitute a reasonable notification method). After the revised version of these Terms is published, your continued use of the Application shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not agree to any revisions, you must immediately stop using the Application. Please do not use the Application until your questions and concerns have been satisfactorily addressed and you agree to comply with these Terms.
Consumer Notice: Under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, you may have certain rights that cannot be waived through these Terms, and such rights supplement the terms of these Terms. If any term or condition of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Your use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. These Terms also include other payment terms and requirements listed on the download or purchase page of the Application through which you purchase or download the Application. If you download or install the Application through a mobile application distribution market, such market may have additional terms, conditions, and usage rules that govern your use of the Application.
You must be at least 17 years old to install or use the Application. If you are over 17 but under 18 years old, please have your parent or legal guardian read these Terms with you, discuss any questions you may have, and assist you in installing the Application.
Parental and Guardian Notice: Authorizing your child to download and access the Application means that you agree to the terms and conditions of these Terms on behalf of your child. You are responsible for monitoring your child's online activities. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not allow your child to use the Application or its related features. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 years old (or under 16 years old in the European Economic Area (EEA)) and believe that he or she is using the Application, please contact us promptly.
Subject to your compliance with the terms of these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access, download, and install the latest version of the Application on a single authorized mobile device that you own or control, solely for legal, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You shall not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, or copy the Application (except for personal backup purposes), nor transfer or grant any rights to the Application to any third party, or use the Application for the benefit of any third party. You are not permitted to use the Application for commercial purposes unless you have obtained explicit permission from us or as allowed under the applicable mobile platform terms.
You agree not to use any machine, automated device, manual tool, or process to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Application, nor remove the Application from the mobile device you own or control without our permission. You are not permitted to violate or attempt to violate the security measures of our services. You are not permitted to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Application, or attempt to do so for any reason or in any manner. You are not permitted to access, create, or modify the source code of the Application in any way. You have no right to create any derivative works of the Application or any part thereof.
We reserve the right to add or remove existing features of the Application during updates. Once the Application is installed on your mobile device, it will communicate with our servers regularly. When we release a new version of the Application or provide new features, we may need to update the Application on your mobile device (updates may be performed automatically or with prior notice, and may be done one or more times). You acknowledge that we may require you to review and accept the then-current version of these Terms before allowing you to use any subsequent versions of the Application; we have no obligation to continue supporting previous versions of the Application, and such support may be terminated upon the release of updates, supplementary content, or subsequent versions.
You are solely responsible for providing the necessary equipment, internet connection, device service plan, and related traffic fees to access and use the Application. If you access the Application through a mobile network, your network operator (including roaming providers) may charge fees for messages, data, and other services, and all such fees shall be borne by you. Your network provider may prohibit or restrict the download, installation, or use of certain applications, and not all applications are compatible with your network provider or device; the customization of the Application does not mean that it can be accessed on all devices or wireless service plans, nor does it mean that it supports all languages or is applicable to all regions.
(1) Subscription Services: You may purchase certain services of the Application through subscription, and some services may offer different subscription tiers (usually including free and paid tiers). Subscription payments (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annual payments) may be processed in-app through third-party mobile platforms (such as Apple or Google), or directly through us and our third-party payment processors via the Application's official website.
Some applications may offer free trial subscriptions for a limited period. You may cancel the free trial subscription at any time through the subscription settings of your iTunes or Android account, or by logging into the corresponding official website to manage your subscription. Please note: Unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period, the free trial subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription (if you purchased through Google, you must cancel before the end of the trial period).
If you subscribed to the Application through a third-party mobile platform (via the platform or in-app), you may cancel the subscription at any time in accordance with the instructions in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or your subscription settings. If you subscribed directly through the Application's official website, you may cancel the subscription at any time by logging into the official website to manage your subscription. All cancellations shall take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For example, if your monthly subscription starts on the 1st of each month but you cancel it in the middle of the month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of that month. Please note: Paid subscriptions are non-refundable after the end of the billing cycle.
The Application provides you with various functions and services (collectively referred to as "Application Features"), which may be adjusted from time to time. Some features of the Application are provided by our third-party vendors (hereinafter referred to as "third-party partners") or integrated into the Application through third-party partners' services.
The Application may integrate, bundle, or provide third-party services, advertisements, feeds, and/or content. If you install the Application that includes third-party services and content, such services and content are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of such third parties, which can be accessed on the official websites of the relevant third-party partners. The Application may provide links to access third-party partners' websites or resources. We have no control over such websites and resources, and you acknowledge and agree that: we are not responsible for the content, advertisements, products, or other materials on such external websites or resources, nor do we endorse or guarantee any of them; we shall not be directly or indirectly liable for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through such websites or resources; we do not monitor any transactions between you and third-party partners, nor do we assume any responsibility for such transactions.
The third-party services and content accessed by you through the Application (including but not limited to all data, links, articles, graphics, video messages, and all information, text, software, music, sounds, graphics, or other materials, hereinafter referred to as "Content," whether publicly or privately transmitted) are the sole responsibility of the original provider (entity or individual) of the Content. You hereby explicitly acknowledge and agree that when using the Application, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, vulgar, or inconsistent with the values of your community, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of any Content, including the risk of relying on the accuracy or completeness of such Content.
Like other consumer technology products, the Application cannot guarantee 100% security. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and accept that the Application and any information you download or provide through the Application may be subject to the risk of unauthorized access, interception, destruction, damage, or misuse, and cannot be considered 100% secure; you shall bear full responsibility for such security risks and any resulting losses. In addition, you are fully responsible for protecting your mobile device from unauthorized access, including using complex password protection and (for Android users) enabling device encryption in settings. You agree that we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your mobile device or its application data.
The method of uninstalling/deleting the Application varies by device. To uninstall and remove the Application, please use the app manager provided with your device or refer to the device manual. Please note: Uninstalling the Application does not constitute cancellation of your subscription or recurring payments; to cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions in the "Purchase and Cancellation Rights" section of these Terms.
You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information (including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, application software, and peripheral devices). Such information will be collected regularly to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and related services (if any) to you, and we will use such information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
In addition, if you choose to provide reviews or feedback about the Application through app store reviews, social media channels, or other similar communication functions or services, such information may be made public (including displaying the username in the review for public reference). If you do not want us to use your application review for promotional purposes, you may submit a written request to wohaservice@outlook.com (including your name, mailing address, and email address) requesting that we refrain from doing so. For security purposes, do not submit passwords, social security numbers, payment card information, or other sensitive information through these functions.
For security and training purposes, we have the right (but not the obligation) to monitor messages and communication traffic between users; we may (but are not obligated to) delete any content that we deem inappropriate or offensive (hereinafter referred to as "Inappropriate Content"). Inappropriate Content includes but is not limited to:
If you receive or see offensive content that makes you uncomfortable, you may report the relevant content or the content publisher through the reporting function in the Application. We will verify your report within 24 hours and take measures such as blocking the relevant user or deleting the violating content based on the verification result.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "as is," "with all faults," and "as available," and we shall not be liable for any property damage resulting from your access to or use of our Application; unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or all personal and/or financial information stored therein; any interruption or termination of transmission between the Application and the servers; any errors, viruses, trojans, or similar content transmitted or disseminated to the Application by third parties; any errors or omissions in any Content; or any form of loss or damage resulting from the use of any Content posted, sent, or generated through the Application.
All risks arising from the use or performance of the Application shall be borne solely by you. You explicitly confirm that we make no warranties regarding any products and/or services provided by third-party partners. In certain jurisdictions, the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to all matters related to implied warranties. This Disclaimer of Warranties constitutes an important part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you explicitly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses), even if we have been advised in advance of the possibility of such damages. Such damages may arise from, but are not limited to: (i) the use of or inability to use the Application; (ii) unauthorized access to or tampering with your transmission or data; (iii) any statements or actions of any third party; or (iv) other reasons related to the Application. In no event shall our total liability to you (whether based on contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or other legal grounds) exceed the total amount of fees you have paid for the use of the Application (if no fees have been paid, we shall not be liable for any monetary compensation or equivalent compensation).
