1 Our Commitment

We are committed to protecting the safety of children and preventing any form of sexual abuse, exploitation, and related harmful behavior. Our application, Woha, complies with all applicable laws and regulations as well as the 'Child Safety Standards' policy, always prioritizing the safety and rights of children.

2 Scope of Application

This standard applies to all users of Woha and related content, including but not limited to user-generated content, interactive behavior, reporting mechanisms, and content review. Our goal is to create a safe and inclusive social environment within Woha, providing additional protection specifically for underage users.

3 Core Measures

3.1. Strict age restrictions:

We require users to confirm their age when registering for Woha and take additional protective measures for minors, including restricting access to certain features of the application.

3.2. Content review:

All user-generated content (UGC) on Woha is double-checked by both manual and algorithmic means to prevent any content containing sexual abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate behavior from appearing on the platform.

3.3. User behavior norms:

It is prohibited to engage in any sexual behavior, language, or other forms of inappropriate behavior involving children on the Woha platform. Once discovered, immediate action will be taken and reported to relevant authorities.

We prohibit any misuse of Woha that harms children. This includes, but is not limited to, using Woha to promote predatory behavior targeting children, such as:

• Inappropriate interactions with children (e.g., touching or caressing).
• Enticing children (e.g., befriending children online via Woha with the intention of having sexual contact with them online or offline and/or exchanging pornographic photos with them).
• Sexualizing minors (e.g., depicting, encouraging, or promoting images of child sexual abuse through Woha, or depicting children in ways that could lead to sexual exploitation).
• Sexual blackmail (e.g., threatening or extorting children via Woha with real or claimed private photos of them).
• Child trafficking (e.g., advertising or enticing children for commercial sexual exploitation through Woha).

Once Woha is found to contain child sexual abuse content, we will take appropriate action, which may include reporting it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). If you believe a child is at risk or has been abused, exploited, or trafficked through Woha, please contact your local law enforcement agency and one of the child safety organizations listed here.

Furthermore, we do not permit adult themes in Woha when it is used by or intended for children, including but not limited to:

• Containing excessive violence and gore.
• Depicting or encouraging harmful or dangerous activities.

We also do not permit Woha to promote negative body images or self-images, including depictions of plastic surgery, weight loss, and other cosmetic modifications to one's appearance for entertainment purposes.

3.4. Reporting and Response Mechanism:

Woha provides user-friendly reporting tools, allowing any user to quickly report suspicious content or behavior within the application. Our dedicated team will handle the relevant issues within 24 hours after receiving the report.

3.5. Collaboration and Reporting:

We collaborate with child protection organizations and legal enforcement agencies to ensure timely investigation and reporting of all cases of suspected sexual abuse and exploitation involving Woha.

4 Responsibility and Transparency

We regularly update and disclose policies and measures related to child protection for Woha, and disclose our implementation status and improvement plans to users through annual transparency reports.
